I am a defence civilian pensioner drawing pension from PNB Morinda Road KURALI branch A/C No.352********19882 I have granted increased Medical allowance by the Govt wef Aug 2008 all other banks as per my knowledge have paid the arrears to their pensioners in Sep but I have not been paid even uptill today when I went to inquire about the staff behavior was insulting Kindly do the need full as pensioners are having very meager income and big responsibilities
Complainant's Goal: I want that the PNB should help the pensioners by paying them their dues intime
