I cancelled train Ticket on 28th April , still I not got the Refund , I Emailed so many times to care@irctc.co.in but every time they are replying that \"you may get the refund shortly\".
Pls. help to get the refund as soon as possible.

In future you are requested to use the Refund status Tracking service Provided by the IRCTC. Select the link in the left panel under . on the plan my travel page after you log in to www.irctc.co.in giving your userid and password.
