This is to bring to your notice that i have been following up with Arun Dev regarding my refund since Nov'2011.
I have paid them 1 lac and six thousand rupees.
I had submitted all my documents such as bank statement,Payment receipts,cancellation application to them so that i can get my refund on time. They had committed me to refund the amount in May'12 but till date i haven't received a single penny from their side.
I am regularly following up with them for my refund but they are just giving misleading statements. I had called them in May'12 for my refund and they told me that they had some financial crunch so they will refund the same by 12 Aug'12. I just made a call to them to enquire about the refund and they are saying that they will refund by Sept'12 last.
I request you to kindly expedite this matter so that i can get my refund bcoz i am in a very bad financial condition and i have some family obligations which i need to fulfill.

We also got 6 Plots in Bhiwadi in 2008. Builder is giving misleading information and not ready to refund the amount. Lastly they have given written confirmation saying that before 31st Dec,13, the plot will be given. Though I do not have faith in them having seen this fraud organisation...but I will wait till Dec,13. If nothing will happen, I will go consumer court.

We would like to file FIR/ legal complain against ARUN DEV builder to recover our hard earned money. Requesting every one who suffered from this fraudulent builder please contact us and make a consortium. I have also booked a flat in their Haridwar project. Even after numerous visit in their CR park and Okhla office. There were no response about project and refund of money.
