IRCTC Indian Railways - Not getting refund for wrong deducted by IRCTC online ticketing.

I had done one booking from MAO to MDU on 24/08/2017 with Transaction ID 100000********1 & 100000********0. The booking was failed but the amount of RS 675.00 was debited from my credit card.

I was called your customer care number (011-23340000) and spoken with Mr. Kamal regarding refund as the deduction was done wrongly from my card and i got reply from Mr. Kamal that i will get the refund within 4 to 8 days.

On 3rd September i had sent Email with all details like Credit card statement,Transaction ID, Booking details etc.

On 4th September 2017 i called to IRCTC customer care regarding refund and i got reply from customer care representative that i have to wait for refund.

On 12th September 2017, again I called to IRCTC customer care as i didn't received any refund amount and i got reply from MR. Bhushan that the issue has been forwarded to IRCTC finance team regarding refund and i have to wait till refund.

It is really pathetic service by IRCTC, that there is no value of customer money. They are the only one organization where we can book online rail ticket that's why IRCTC are showing such kind of irresponsibility on customer service.
