i had a landline and broadband service from airtel.my no. was 080-41287891. i applied for disconnection of my landline and broadband service at 10th march 2012 because of faulty instrument and modem.my repeated request on phone they disconnected in april. but after some days again they connected it,because they did,nt removed the instrument from my office.and i started receiving the bill.and it was deducted from my credit card,coze i opted for smart pay.i did not use his services after 20th feb 2012.but they keep sending the bill,and i cleared it through my hdfc card.my repeated request for stop sending the bill was in vain.they replied me u will get back it through check from airtel u keep paying if u stop to pay the bill we can not prossess ur request for disconnection,i paid all the dues till july17th.finally it was disconnected and they told whatever amount u paid without usage of service u will get refund,but still i have not get refund.clearly i paid to airtel near about 3000/- access. but they do,nt send any final settelment letter because they taken deposite 2000/- in advance and this access bill. and they did not remove their instrument. please help me for refund my money whatever i paid access, and instrument should be removed ,because i have fear again they will connect it and will send the bill, i want rid off this problem immediatly and permanently.
