Infibeam - Not delivering the product within time

I have ordered a TV worth 57600 INR from Infibeam online shopping site (Order ID 13009536). They have committed to ship the product by 09-May-14,but it has been not shipped yet. Instead of that they are telling that it will take another week or more. When I have asked to cancel the order, they replied that the refund of the money again will take around 20 days. Now I have not any option than to wait for their desirous action. Kindly do needful.

Complainant's Goal: Deliver the product within 3-4 days or give the refund within 3-4 days.
