Pls find the below complaint which i have raised in Sony sight

Hi Team
This is to bring you notice that I have purchased the Sony Ericson mobile on 18 Jan 09 vide model no. W595 in Anna Salai(Chennai) vide Bill no.SW003 & IMEI NO.35905102-3912074 amounting to Rs. 15000, with in 10 months my display & I have the mobile to Hyderabad service center near Ameerpet &they took nearly 25 days to change display here starts the problem, while the changing the display the sliding panel they damaged due to that I am sliding its very harder, after 2 days I notice that upside is not working & again I went the same service center for repairing & again they took another 2days for repairing I collected the mobile on 16th Dec 09.
The problem is not sorted out due to poor service provided the service center the Sony brand name is spoiled.
I need the justification what happened for me & I need the replacement for my mobile
Kindly treat the mail as most important& do the needful.

Till now my problem is not solved & my warranty got expired tell me what i need to do now
