I wanted to book online Tatkal ticket but it was frustrating that irctc web page was not opening inspite of no of effort

railway officers should take strong action regarding this issue to avoid any unwanted activity (like Brokers etc )

looking forward for immediate action

Complainant's Goal: web page should be active during the time of ticket booking right from sharp 8AM

Complainant's Target: IRCTC Indian Railways
