IRCTC Indian Railways - Non refund of money for cancelled railway ticket

Dear Sir,

Please go through the mail Correspondences regarding refund of money.Below was our query but yet not received any reply.
We shall be much oblized if you kindly let us know the status.

But we have some queries as follows:

QUERY-1) You said that you have refunded it on 17/03/2008 but as per our mail sent to you 22.07.2008 stating our query about non-refund of the said cancelled ticket, you did not inform any thing in reply mail.

QUERY-2) Journey date was 24/09/07,Train time was 11.45 P.M till 1 A.M (night) you could not be able to declare the departure time of the said train,right? Please note that the date of TDR is on 25/09/09 and also the Station Master Note. Scan copies of both attaching here for your ready reference.Ticket fare was Rs.1264/- so how only Rs.632/- was refunded? We need the clarification please.

QUERY-3) During the submission the original copy of TDR at \"Chief Commeercial Manager (Refund) office at 14, Strand Road,9th Floor,we have been told that \"you wiil refund it either by cheque or by pay order and asked to mention accordingly.We have choosed \"Pay Order\" and now you are saying that you have refunded it and asking to check it with our Banker! Why?

Please send us all the details to be required for checking it like Bank name, reference no etc.

Please reply us with all the said queries mentioned above then we will proceed accordingly.Please don\'t take too much time for these.

Sir,
I have filed for refund against my pnr No.********11 on 5-10-2014 at 21.56.34 hrs as only two one ticket was confirmed and another was put on RAC out of 6 tickets for Lokamanya Tilak Exoress train. I was given CID 100000015523810, but till now I havent received and refund. I would like to know how many days will be taken for the refund.My journey was on 5-10-2014 at 23.30 hours. Kindly answer me.

I booked 3 tickets on 22-07-12 from katpadi to madurai in nagercoil express which is on 09-11-12. And I cancelled one of those tickets on D same day due to some reasons..I paid D money using indian bank debit card and D money is still not refunded to my account.. pls let me know when will I get D refunded amount.. pnr no of D cancelled ticket is 4********0.
