I,Arnab Sur (acc no. 10********4) holding an account at SBI Af stn. Adampur (code-6054) beg to state that I had undergone a transaction at ATM of Axis bank at Kolkata on 05.04.12 for an amount of Rs.10000/- vide card no.********05400106718.The amount dispensed by the ATM was only Rs.5000/- but the amount deducted from my account was Rs.10000/-.


The first complain lodged my me vide no. AT-42********0 dt.09.04.12 was wrongly initiated by the customer care representative indicating a disputed amount of Rs.10000/- as against Rs.5000/-.The remaining 3 complains (AT-42********4 dt.07.05.12 , AT-42********3 dt.10.05.12 & AT-42********5 dt.10.05.12 had the correct nature of complains. However all the 3 complains were closed referring to the first complain.


It has been over a3 monthS since my money has been deducted & no serious initiative has been taken to refund my money back.This requires your immediate intervention & favorable action.
