Respected Sir,

I am posting this complaint to bring into notice the carelessness and lethargic response of the reputed
company like Mahindra & Mahindra. This has given me mental harrassment since a period of time
and i am forced to forward the complaint against the agency now.

I have bought Mahindra Duro (two wheeler) from Shri Laxmi Agency, commerce six roads, ahmedabad.
Due to negligence of Agency's RTO Agent, my HP has been registered twice in the RTO and due to which
I havent received my RTO book yet.

After taking constant follow up with the agency till Nov 2013, I asked some other RTO agent to look into
the matter and paid money for the same. From him I came to know that due to HP registration twice from
agency's end, the data in RTO has not been updated properly and they are not able to issue RC Book.
Then I came in contact with Mr Chirayu, customer service head, M&M, Ahmedabad who told me that he will
look into the matter and will do the needful. He had a word with agency but this has not given me any
resolution.
Mr Chirayu again after a period of time gave this case to one of his executive name Mr Jitendra Vaishnav
who actually helped me a little and provided me the soft copy of FORM 24.
but then the scenario today is also the same that I a havent received my RC book and as its a matter of HP,
means the vehicle i have bought is on loan, bank authorities are constantly taking follow up from me for
Original RC book.
I have number of times explained this to M&M people but they are telling its the matter of RTO and now
not taking any follow up for the same.
I do not understand, if the mistake is done by Agency's end then they have to take the follow up atleast to rectify the same.
My other RTO agent is asking more money to rectify the same.
I have even asked M&M people to provide me that expense but they are not responding on that as well.

I request you to kindly intervene into the matter as its been 9-months that issue is going on.
