Ravindra Kumar Roy - Non receipt of refund of income tax for the year 2009-10 AY 2010-11

I have filed income tax return for the year 2009-10 AY 2010-11 at incometax office Range 1(3) Allahabad (Uttar Pradesh) vide Acknowledgement No. 0103102473 dated 4-1-2011 reflecting refund of Rs. 10,444/- but till date neither I have received any refund from incoem tax commissioner Allahabad nor any progress of the same intimated to me. Kindly help me to obtain income tax refund.
