TTK Health Services - Non receipt of insurance claim

I had sent a claim for the post hospitalisation claim on 15th June,09 to this office. The company is supposed to inform me the claim receipt and its adequacy within 7 days . The manager has not bothered to inform me at all - and the claim is supposed to be settled within 14 days of receipt. Ultimately after 9 phone calls I came to know that the cheque has been disbersed . There is a non-clarity . as per the TTK Bangalore office, it has been sent by Professional courier on 7th July,09 an as per their Chennai office , it has been sent on 9th July,09 by First Flight courier.
I have not received it till 17th july,09.
