ASSM RIFLE - NON RECEIPT OF FINANCIAL BENEFIT AFTER IMPLEMENTATION 6TH PAY COMMISSION

With respect I, Balacahndran Pillai, Chaithram,Plappally(PO), KottarakkaraVia, Kollam Distt Kerala, a pensioner of 16th Assam Rifle having Pension Payment Order No.234980961552, draw your kind attention to the matters display below for your kind consideration and thereby redress my grievances from your part.
2. Sir, 6th pay commission for Central Government Employees had been implemented by Govt in the month of Sept 2008 with benefit effect from 01.01.2006. All employees of various departments had received their financial benefits and they utilized it .Despite 2 years after the 6th pay commission implementation , neither I received my revised pension under new pay scheme nor my arrears of all financial benefits so far. My co-workers of same formation have already received their arrears and revised pension under 6th pay commission.
3. Seeing these monetary assistance forefront, which are due for me from elite service, I did many investments and policies for making safe future of my two young growing daughters having age of 14 years and 10 years. All my planned matters were disrupted due to inordinate delay of payment of my arrears and revised pension.
4. In view of above, I request your good self to be kind enough to contact with the department soon and my all financial benefits and revised pensions may be released as early as possible please.
