More than 6 months have elapsed but the company is not settling my corporate discount of Rs.3000/ . I have submited all the documents i.e my salary slip, form no.16 from the employer, my income tax return to the dealership, who assured me that the discount will be credited to your HDFC Bank A/c within 90 days from the date of purchase. But it is sorry to say that more than 6 months have elapsed but company is not settling my corporate discount of Rs.3000/ as it matters me most. It is the responsibility of the head office to settle my claim, but it is sorry to
say that your office have miserably failed to serve the customer interest to whom
you are lauring by offering such discounts at the time of purchase by huge advertisements in the leading newspaper.

In the recent past your company has sent me the feed back form, in which I also submited that the corporate discounts should be settled at the time of purchase of car.

The services which you are offering are not of Hyndai class. Please settle my claim at the earliest & oblige.
