DEAR SIR,
I SURENDRA KUMAR COMPLAINT AGAINST THE BEHAVIOUR OF THE STAFF (SHREE TIRUPATI MOTORS, 7/17/2 TILAK NAGAR KANPUR.) I PAID THE ADVANCE AMOUNT OF RS.15000. FOR A NEW BIKE SPLENDOR+ ON 8 NOV 2010.BUT THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO PROVIDE ME THE NEW BIKE SO I WANT TO RETURN THE AMOUNT WICH I PAID IN ADVANCE TO THE DEALER. AFTER 8 NOV 2010 I WENT THE SHOWROOM 4 TIMES BUT MY PAYMENT NOT RETURNED TO ME AND THE OFFICE STAFF NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE ME A PROPER SOLUTION & BEHAVED VERY BAD TO ME. I AM ALREADY COUNSUMER OF YOUR COMPANY I HAVE THREE BIKES OF HERO HONDA COMPANY. BUT THE BEHAVIOUR OF THOSE PEOPLE ARE VERY BAD.
NOW I WANT ONLY A PROPER SOLUTION IN THIS MATTER. TILL TODAY I AM UNABLE TO GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THE DEALER SHREE TIRUPATI MOTORS TILAK NAGAR KANPUR U.P. I ALSO ATTACH THE RECPT. OF MY ADVANCE PAYMENT.
