India Post - non delivery of speed post dak no.-EF500628369IN DT 10/02/2009

sir,
we are member of BNPL system having licence no.-BNPL MUZ 29.WE HAD SENT IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS UNDER SPEED POST COVER NO.EF 500628369 IN ON 10th february2009 to the chief manager state bank of india,main branch bhagalpur.sorry to inform you that still the captioned dak has not been reached at the destination as confirmed by the addressee. we have also sought confirmation from the post master araria today vide this office letter no.50/gov/12 as it was sent from araria post office.we are unable to track the information on internet as not available on net.

pl look into the matter personally and send reply by e-mail,please.
