bookadda.com - Non delivery of product and non reimbursement

I have ordered a book from bookadda.com. They have delivered the wrong book. Since the payment has been made, they agreed to deliver the right book. However, they instructed their courier to only collect the wrong book and not deliver the right one. Its been 17 days since the initial order. The customer care has been non responsive.

Please go through the brochure/bills/receipts for any terms and conditions.You can send them a legal notice stating your grievance and for the refund. You have a very prima facie case against the Company. They will certainly start responding to you immediately. I am a lawyer.
