ibibo Web Pvt. Ltd. C o Tradus.in - Non-Delivery of product after payment

I ordered a saree (Product id - 131028) of Rs. 1688 on 23rd Nov'10 through HDFC Bank cheque in favor of "ibibo Web Pvt. Ltd.". The transaction id for the same is 1099359.

The same amount was debited from my account on HDFC A/c on 1st Dec'10. On 2nd Dec'10, I got the below reply from them...
"This is to inform you that we have received the cheque and has sent it for clearance. We will ship the product as an when it get cleared."

Its been more than 3 weeks, But till now, I haven't received any response from them regarding the status of cheque or regarding the delivery of my product. Whenever I write to them, I get an automated revert back that they will contact me soon but it never happens. And if you try to call them, their customer care is not available.

I feel that this company is a fraud and request you to take a strict action against them.

Kindly keep me updated for the same.
