I had placed an order on 13-Sep-2017 through Hypermarketkart.com after reading advertisement in Times of India Newspaper stating 50% discount offer on the order amount of above Rs. 5000. The advertisement was on front page of Times of India. After placing an order, I got a sms stating that the order will be delivered within 10 days. Till today (27-Sep-2017), I have neither received the order nor any communication regarding the delivery of an order. I tried to contact on these phone numbers; 011-32032092 & 0********81 regarding the status of orders but both these numbers are not working. I haven't got any response through their email (support@hypermarketkart.com) when I had emailed regarding the status of delivery on 23-Sep-2017. I had attached the email communication received from sales@hypermarketkart.com regarding the order. The total order amount was Rs. 5053. But I had paid Rs. 2526.50 after discount of 50% on applying offer code "FINAL50".

Kindly take action against hypermarketkart.com and arrange as well as support in the claiming of refund of Rs.2526.50 amount paid. The Times of India should also help the people who had placed an order after watching an advertisement by giving the working contact numbers.
