Bharat Gas - Non delivery of Booked Bharat Gas Cylinder

Dear Sir,

Our Connsumer Number is 10682. I have booked for Bharat Gas Cylinder on 16th December, 2010, vide docket Number 1136. Morethan twnenty days period has already been elapsed despite of our repeated calls simply they are answering "will be delivered within two days". As such the delivery boy didn't hesitate to snatch Rs.50/- as diwali tips "Ghoose". The Agent details is as under:

I kindly request you to initiate appropriate action for early delivery of gas cylinder and onward promptly. I have called the agent and while clarifying about their letharjic attitudes towards cousumers rights my call was disconnected immannerly.

Please educate the staff to answer mannerly.

I kindly request you to direct the concerned authority to deliver the cylinder immediately.

On many instances it is very difficult to find out mail id or to contact with the customer care of the consumer related issues. icompliaints is like a encyclopedia to raise our voice to sort out the product related problems/issues. I am much proud of the services of icomplaints and feels I find this link too late. Each and every citizen must aware of icomplaints and should raise their voice against their problems. I thank the team for their initiative and patronage.

I support this complaint.This is common everywhere in India,I have not yet received my cylinder booked on 8th Dec 2010 in Mumbai.The dealer says it will be done today or tomorrow.
