Maruti Suzuki India Limited - Non deliver of car at the old price by taking advance

Respected Sir,
This is to bring into your notice that in the month of october i had booked a maruti wagon R but we have upgraded to new swift zxi by giving advance of Rs 21000/-vide ch no 359244 of uco bank ,brajrajnagar by cheque in the name of odyssey motors,sambalpur,orissa. we had to wait for the availability of the model at the dealer point and in the mean while we got our car loan sanction, As soon as we recived the Demand draft we contact the Showroom for deliver of the car but the dealing sales man replied that the car is out of stock and we have already booked the car in your name and will deliver the car to us in the old booking price.on 1st jan once again we reminded for the car status and asked whether the price is going to increase but the dealing salesman said that no price is going to increase and if it will increase than also we will get the car at old price as we have booked earlier and will let us know about the stock status .on 5th again we called him and receive the same reply that the car is not available ,than again on 7th jan we visited the showroom with the D.D for deliver of the car ,but the showroom people refused to deliver the car by telling that there is no stock and also said that the new price shall be applicable as the price has rise .
Sir we had a great faith in maruti so we had booked the car and we had selected the date of january as Son's marriage anniversary date is in the january and had planed to gift the car to my son , so sir kindly look into the matter and try to deliver the booked swift before 18th jan at the old price.
