Honda Two Wheelers - NON AVAILABILITY OF PART OF HONDA ACTIVA AT SATKAR DEALER RUDRAPUR

I HAVE BOUGHT HONDA ACTIVA IN NOVEMBER 2009 FROM SATKAR DEALER AT RUDRAPUR
AND ITS NOT EVEN ONE YEAR THAT ONE OF ITS PART CRANK CASK I SUPPOSE
HAS BROKEN DOWN.

SINCE LAST 2 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING UP WITH THE
DEALER BUT THE THE RESPONSE IS SO IRRESPONSIBLE - "PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE,EVEN AT THE COMPANY END".

WHATS MORE PAINFUL IS THAT COMPANY CUSTOMER CARE ITSELF IS LEAST BOTHERED ABOUT CUSTOMER GRIEVANCE.
I HAVE BEEN MARKING MAILS TO CUSTOMER CARE SINCE LAST 15 DAYS BUT EXCEPT ONE REVERT ENQUIRING
ABOUT DETAILS OF THE VEHICLE I HAVEN'T GOT ANY SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM.DETAILS OF THE VEHICLE HAVE
BEEN PROVIDED TO THEM LONG TIME BACK.ALSO I HAVE TRIED TO CALL ON CUSTOMER CARE NUMBERS WHICH NO BODY IS
PICKING UP.

MY ACTIVA IS STANDING IN NON WORKING CONDITION SINCE LAST 2 MONTHS WHICH HAS NOT ONLY CAUSING INCOVENIENCE BUT
COULD ALSO DO DAMAGE TO ITS OTHER PARTS LIKE BATTERY ETC.

KINDLY RESOLVE MY PROBLEM AT THE EARLIEST AS TILL NOW I HAVE BEEN GETTING ONLY FALSE COMMITMENTS
FROM THE DEALER AND THE COMPANY.
