I am sunil Patil waiting for refund for the TDR filed on 06/04/10. Please look into matter and escalate accordindly.

Hi Team,

I have booked confirmed tatkal ticket having PNR # 2535317372 on 2nd July 2015 to travel on same day in train no 12878 / NDLS RNC G RATH from New Delhi to Dehri-on-Son but due to some unavoidable circumstances I have cancelled the ticket on same day so, I have asked to refund the amount @ care@irctc.co.in but as per them it was booked with Tatkal quota and can't be refunded while as per new rule of Railway 50% of ticket amount will get refunded, I am chasing the Customer Care Executive but not getting any revert from last 3 days.

Dear Customer,

Kindly note that your P.N.R No 4116161972 refund is in process through TDR (Ticket Deposit Receipt). Refund under this category is processed by the railways under the present commercial rules and this process takes minimum 90 days or more. Once the refund is received from the railways the balance will be credited to your account.
