Not able to log in in my Indane on line account . Password also got reset . with new password , unable to log in .details are as below

I Booked on line for New Connection at M/s SURAJKUND GAS SERVICE Gorakhpur Uttar Pradesh vide Reference number N13052********520 ,I am approaching agency,they are telling that due to non availability of required items,they are not able to give new conection .For this purpose I am running for after six months.
So I request you to intervene for earl allotment of gas connection to aneedy,

Sir,
I Booked On Line for New LPG Connection at Ramji Indane Sadat Road,Saidpur,Ghazipur, Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh vide Indane reference number N1302032428656045 and Ramji Inden Booking Number (SL69) : 11242********93 dated 03 Feb 13.Till now I did not get the connection whereas as per Ramji Indane status is as fallows :
Number of New Connection Waitlist : 0
Last New Connection Number Released/Date: 11242********24 / 07.05.2013

My registration number is much before the 11242********24.Whenever I am approaching agency, they are telling that due to non availability of required items ,they are not able to give new connection.For this purpose I am running for last three months.
So I request you to intervene for early allotment of gas connection to a needy.
Pl refer my complaint no. 845180.As feedback cell reply.i tried to contact AM LPC Varanasi,but did not get any response.Again registered complain vide 921185.No response..
