I have been escalating issues SINCE 9th Aug 2011 but still now my issue is not resolved & HONDA MOTORS HAS NOT TAKEN ANY ACTION REGARDING THE SAME.

I have purchased Honda DIO on 19 Aug 2008 from JSP HONDA, I think Honda is moving towards a great reputation in the Indian Market, but unfortunately Authorized Service Center like JSP HONDA are remarkably worst on the other way. While leaving service i have instructed the service engineer to rectify the Air blocking problem, but even after spending Rs. 2500/- for the service, the Air blocking issue was not rectified & still i am experiencing the same while riding & the engine stops automatically as if there is no petrol in the tank even-though the tank has enough petrol to run for another 200 Kms. However, again i have given the vehicle for servicing but nothing was done from the Service center. Instead they kept the vehicle for whole day & they delivered the same on 11th Aug 2011 evening 6pm. Actually i have request the JSP HONDA service center to rectify the vehicle's Air Blocking issue, but they given me the vehicle with terrible engine noise. Now whenever i drive MY HONDA DIO, the vehicle give the terrible noise in engine. Also i have lost my vehicles good mileage after leaving the service to JSP HONDA & I am not satisfied with my Honda DIO's Mileage NOW, before service my vehicles mileage was 50kms. After service now mileage was 35kmpl.

When JSP HONDA is unable to provide the good quality service, why HONDA MOTORS is having bussiness with them, Also where there is no QUALITY PROFFESSIONAL SERVICE ENGINEER & GOOD SERVICE MAN, why HONDA MOTORS ANNOUNCED JSP HONDA as AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER.

JSP HONDA IS KNOWN FOR SPOILING THE VEHICLE PERFORMANCE & WITHOUT PROVIDING QUALITY SERVICE, THEY KNOW HOW TO CHARGE HUGE SERVICE CHARGES TO THE CUSTOMER.

I kindly request HONDA MOTORS to take the necessary action at the earliest, since depending on my two wheeler for business

I WANT MY VEHICLES SMOOTH & GOOD PERFORMANCE BACK.
