HDFC Bank Limited - No response from HDFC for Credit Card Clearance & Sattlement done.

Its almost 6 month over that I have done sattlement of my HDFC credit card account (HDFC Card # 4346 7810 0395 8170). I am trying to get in touch with HDFC for the final sattlement and latter of the clerance. I have registered the request twice with HDFC after calling on their Customer care number (HDFC Cust. care# 020-********. Referance No# 102******** and 102********. They updated me to arrange a call back to my cell number (95455 20480). But there is no call back arranged and my request is just getting ignored by HDFC. I have been chasing with HDFC since last 2 months for the same but no reply.
Need justice on this.

I have book led tv from star cj and payment done by my hdfc credit card Rs 25990 but payment not shown in starcj so order to be cencelled but payment done from credit card so iwill in truble so do need full
