I own a HTC One Dual (S.No. - HT37XMP00605) (IMEI - 35********95972 )
My screen was broken within 10 days of purchase at launch.
I gave my phone for repair to HTC service center under warranty here but since 4 months they are still unable to repair the device, once i was informed that it is repaired but device did not work so i was informed they will repair it but afterwards there was no response and center returned the phone with same broken screen to me now so I request you to suggest me solution for the same.
And I doubt how the service center cannot repair a phone?
I have very bad experience with HTC in product quality and specially for service part due to inconvenience caused.
I think I will never buy a HTC product and suggest the same to others atleast untill my own phone gets repaired as the response i get from company's service center is not expected that they cannot repair phone!
I request to guide me if any solution is possible for my phone HTC ONE Dual sim.
