Dear Sir,
i booked my ticket from durg to dadar for 28th jan 2011.train no. 12810 howrah mumbai mail.the train is late by 9 hours from scheduled time.so its convinient for mr to catch another train.as i cancelled the confirmed ticket it showed 0 refund.is this correct?
if its correct den how?
shouldnt i get the refund?
