Given below is the details copied from the site of www.irctc.co.in. I had booked two tickets for my wife and son to travel from Sambalpur to H Nizamuddin on 31/7/2010 vide PNR No.********07 thru www.irctc.co.in. The passengers could not travel due to some last minute emergency. I filed onlone TDR on 1st Aug 2010. Even after 150 days I am still waiting for my refund to be credited to my Bank Account.
I have made several phone calls to IRCTC Help desk and sent several mails to care@irctc.co.in and tdrprocess@irctc.co.in. But I am not getting any response from them. Disgusted with the indifferent attitude of IRCTC I am filing this complaint hoping to get the refund from Railways. The details of TDR filed on line is given below.
