IRCTC Indian Railways - No Refund from IRCTC

I have booked a ticket through the website. IRCTC.co.in from Yeshwantpur to Secunderabad. But I missed my train on that fateful date. I have filed for a TDR on 13-Jan-2009 as I have not travelled. The website says amount will be refunded within 60-90 days. But so far I have not received the refund amount. Details of the TDR are given below:

I want a full refund along with the interest for 2 years.
