Dear Sir/Madam
I have been using airtel prepaid connection all these days but now i wanted to change that to a post paid connection.
I approached the airtel customer care and have submitted all the required documents that i was asked to.
On 04-10-2010 a person came from airtel for address verification and on 05-10-2010 my existing prepaid SIM got deactivated.
When i contacted airtel customer care they told that a new SIM for the same number with postpaid will be sent to me shortly.
But today I found the my number i being issued to some other person.
And if i try to raise this issue through phone i did not get any proper responce from any one.
I request you to kindly give me my old number since it is not possible for me to change the number.
I request you to kindly do the needful to get my number back.
Regards,
Vijayakumar.A
