ICICI Bank Limited - No one is listening my problem

i have an account number 0********584 in the name of Pankaj Kumar with ICICI Bank which of branch is situated in Noida Sector-63. On July 14, 2010, I had money in the amount of Rs. 21, 284.00 in my account. On July 14, 2010, at 3.00PM i got a message on my cell phone which is registered with bank that your account has been debited in the amount of Rs. 21, 200.00 and after getting this message immediately i tried to check my account on line in my office but i was unable to open this as this was locked by someone. After that I called up to ICICI Bank’s customer care and told them everything about this fraud transaction that was occurred in my account and they assured me to look into this matter and sorted out this my panic problem within one month. Next day On July 15, 2010, i visited to bank branch and same day i lodged a complaint in police station Noida sector-58. I talked to branch manager named Mr. Muneesh Bazara and stated him about this transaction. He told me to look into this matter and will call me within two working days.

After that I visited numerous times to bank branch to know about money that how and where my money in the amount of Rs. 21, 200 has gone. And if I talk about branch manager Mr. Muneesh Bazara, he is so impolitely in talking and not ready to talk into this matter. I have not received any message or call since this accident has occurred in my account from Bank.
