I would like to share my experience with your company.
This is my email number 63.
I have booked the package for lonavala, 2night 3 days for 4 member with breakfast 6th 7th and 8th on 4th of November with your staff Name; Ranvijay.
i confirmed with him that today is 4th and we want booking for 6th is this ok for you he said yes sir we will give you the booking confirmation before you reach the hotel.
I call him every day till left the Gujarat on 6th and informed him I will reach the lonavala in the evening he said again I will give you booking confirmation before evening.
I reached the lonavala in evening with my family but there is no booking and after that I was looking for fresh booking with another hotels and my family was suffering with me.
finally I booked the resort on more the double amount which I have paid with your company because it is not preplan and I also don’t want to suffer more with my family.
after that I have called ranvijay that you haven’t done your commitment please proceed the refund for me.
from that day to till today I am not getting ranvijay on call when I call and ask for him your staff always saying he is not in the office I tried on different-different time as well.
after that your another staff came on the picture whose name is Piyus.
he said he will request the refund with the other department and amount will be refund in 48hr but still not refund and he said before 2month that means you guys don’t have value for your commitment.
after that I was chasing my refund again, I have done total more than 70calls on both number (0********06 and 0********07).
no reply from Piyus or any staff when I call them then they were saying piyus in meeting please call us letter or we will give you call back in 10min but actually they don’t care for customers.
sometimes they are saying we are closed at the moment please call us tomorrow I was having everything blank when they said this word to me because if they are closed then how the picked up the call and another best thing is I have paid on 4th November and that was late than this time.
seriously sometime I was feeling I was fighting for my own money from last two months.
after long time I get very official and trustfully reply from ROHAN SHARMA who was very helpful and he listen every bit of my story and he accept the apologies from the other staff of company which signs that company have better staff as well.
he committee me for refund in next 48hr because I tell him that I am leaving the india in next few days and I have paid from my friend’s card.
i am still waiting for my refund confirmation.
Hi Mukesh Even I had same situation now I booked and paid full money to Yatraholidays.co on 16th March on commitment of getting hotel confirmation within 24hr, but till date they had not responded. I had called them more than 100 times now and I was able to get Ryan, saying that he will reply in 5 minutes, I think some one should should initiate a FIR against them, to tech them lessons.

YatraHolidays.co is a fraud company, there customer care excutives can promise you anything to fall into their trap and made the booking.
