Airtel Chennai - No general talktime even after recharging for 600 Rs

Hi,

I have charged Airtel mobile for Rs.600 yesterday through the ICICI bank pre paid recharge.
Still i am not having any balance for talk time.
I have got an explanation as below mail for the recharge.
I am not using any of the below services and i have not opted for any.
I have done recharges earlier also through Citibank and ICICI for Airtel and BSNL.
It add to talktime fully. But this time i dont know why you have rechrged it this way.
Please reverse the recharge amount back to my bank account or put the entire amount of 600 for talktime.
I have spoke to the Customer care service, it it ridiculous to say you cannot do reversal of recharge or changing the plan you have put.
I really doubt what is the control you have in you own services???
If you are not the person who can do this, let me know who can do this.

Airtel is cheating Pre-Paid cusotmers by enabling Value added services and charging them unnecessarily. Call cusotmer care or if u have the patience, ask them to provide the usage details of your number. You will know the truth. My fight with them is still going on from the past 3 months about the same.
