Southern Railways - no food tray stand and stale coach

I am travelling with family from chennai to coimbatore by Duranto exp in CC class on 26.05.2011. Seat nos. 11 and 12 do not have food trays and we are forced to hold food tray, coeffee tray in hand while other seats have such stands. Complained to the TTE and now complaining here.

We are upset with coach's condition also- it moves backwards, smells foul and not worth the travel and the money.

Expecting the railways to fix and inform compliance. I am planning to register a complaint with consumer forum/ court.
