I BOUGHT FORM FROM ALLAHABAD BANK, JAMSHEDPUR.
I WANT TO KNOW THAT FROM WHERE I CAN SUBMIT FORM CORRECTLY .
IS THERE ANY OFFICE FROM WHERE I CAN GET THE INFORMATION.

The same problem is facing with me. Because whatever website mentioned in the Form. Nothing are there in the website even the site is also not opened.
In the form there are many papers required to be signed and filled for completion of form. but if anybody has not fulfill as their requirement, how can managed?
Even I think about to return this form but there is no refundable so i m feeling loss of 1000 Rs.
