Dear Sir,

I had filed a TDR for PNR 2********8 & ********24 on 26/06/2012 & 25/07/2012 respectively on account of the tkt not confirmed and train being more than 12 hrs delayed. The website shows send for approval by Admin but doesnot show the refund amount nor the status of payment. After more than 5 months the refund has not been granted. you are requested to look into the matter and urgently process it.

The no given by irctc for processing the same is always disconnected by the authorities sitting in these offices
