Myself Deep a student of 12th.I have to cover minimun 35 kms daily to reach my school, after changing 4 buses. I m facing lots of problem while travelling so, my parents decided to give me a bike which is value for money and gives good milage. So, I choose Honda cbf Stunner (Disc n Self) of RED COLOUR and my parents agreed on it,but this bike is not available in my nearby showroom (MAA DURGEY HONDA). After booking,its two n half months passed but i didn't get the delivary of the bike. So,I had complained several time to the company about the unavailability of Honda Cbf Stunner (Disc n Self) of RED COLOUR in my nearby showroom n its my third complain. I also called Honda customer care several time for the feedback but they didn't gave any response or gave me satisfactory service. Whenever I made complain to the company,they except solving my problem, they just forward the complain to my nearby Honda showroom. After getting the forwarded complain from the company,stuffs or members of the Honda showroom calls me and says that they had send a enquiry list to the company but company is not giving any response and not sending the particular bike or the bike I choose. I m feeling very helpless n I think this time I'll get the reply straight from the Honda Company. Plz... Plz... Plz... Send Honda Cbf Stunner (Disc n Self) of RED COLOUR. Plz... Help me,and i know its only you who can help me. I'll wait for your reply. Plz...
