I have booked a plot at NH-58 in 2006 however till now I did not receive any allotment from the builder. I finally take the post dated cheques from the builder as the final settlement which are going to be due in the month of December 2010. I came to know yesterday that he got arrested by the Sector 20 Noida police station. I am quite concerned now as to how to get the money back from the builder now. I think that the cheques will definitely get bounced. A sincere help is deeply appreciated as it is a very hard earned money of everybody. I am not in India however one can contact my father Shri C.P.Gupta at ********20.

Dear Sir /Mr. Anil Jain Chairman ,
I booked NH 58 polt but scheme was closed and refund was paid by post dated cheques , Same bounced ,
I was given assurance by Mr. Sharma last year that I will be refunded due amount of below reported cheques by Demand draft ,

But so far no response and calling him by phone goes unanswered for last 3 weeks almost each day ,

Also calling Mr. AJAY SINGH PUNDIR ********36 had not been helping ,

I am sure you do not want things to run like this so kindly settle ASAP , Thanks

I support this complaint. I am also having the same case. My cheques are already stop payment by this company. They have issued me the PDC for 25th May 2010 but fails to get my hard earned money back till date. Please advise me. My contact no is ********96.

I too have booked a plot at NH-58 in 2006 however when I asked for refund Bank cheque issued by him almost a year back as refund to NH 58 and presented to bank are returned unpaid ,

Bank Cheque Nos. are as follows

002197/002198 and 002199 Amount Rs.26250 / , Rs.285000/ and Rs.87500/ respectively Drawn on PSB .

Tried Calling you on the different number I had , 00********4455 in India for many times for last 40 days but always gives reply number not in use .

They are requested to reply and refund total amount ASAP for returned bank cheques , Thanks

I support this complaint. I have also booked the plot and am not sure what will happen. I visited the site in early 2010. He is making some construction on site and launched the flats. But what happened to the plots, not known.

I OFFER FOLLOWING DETAILS OF SIMILAR CHEQUE ISSUED AND BOUNCED CALLING HIS COMPANY HAS NO ANSWER FOLLOWING LETTER WAS SENT TO HM AS WELL
