HONDA TWO WHEELERS SERVICE CENTER - Need service support from the Honda Two Wheelers

Hello Sir,

I have purchased Honda CBUnicorn on January 2011 from you, I think Honda is moving towards a great reputation in the Indian Market, but unfortunately your mechanics are remarkably working on the other way. I have purchased the Honda bike from Pressana Honda, Coimbatore and after the 1st service, bike got in a problem like while riding the engine is stopping automatically as if there is no petrol in the tank even-though the tank has enough petrol to run for another 200 to 300 Kms. When I contacted the your service point and complained about the problem, they have taken the complaint, holded my bike for 3 days also claimed carburetar cleaning charge of 77 Rs, within couple of days, the same problem persisted and again complained and but this time they holded my bike for another 5 days and charged another 170 Rs for some new spares and labour. Very fortunately I didn't even took ride for 20 Kms, the same problem occurred (Engine Stopped on the middle of the road) and vehicle came behind rammed at me and very fortunately escaped with minor injuries

By looking into this, the mechanics at your place didn't even able to diagnose the problem even the vehicle is with them for about 10 days (FYI: Presanna Honda has gained a remarkable reputation for poor service at Coimbatore)

Could you please help me in this, since depending on my two wheeler for business
