1) In Bangalore City Railway Station there are only 2 platform ticket issuing machines. there will be huge number of people to collect the platform tickets. please install more number of machines. Also machines will not give Change if Rs 5 Coin is inserted.

2) In Bangalore City Railway Station there is only 1 prepaid Autorickshaw Counter .
at a point when more than 1 train arrives, many people who want to take autorickshaw as to wait in a long queue. request to install 1 more prepaid autorickshaw counter.
