VIDEOCON MAKE WASHING MACHINE - MY WASHING MACHINE UNDER GUARANTEE PERIOD NOT REPAIRED FROM 17.07.2010

I HAVE PURCHASED VIDEOCON MAKE FULLY AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE IN JANUARY 2010 FROM BIG BAZZAR.THIS WASHING MACHINE STOPS FUNCTIONING FROM 17.08.2010. I HAVE LODGED COMPLAINT WITH M/s.VIDEOCON U/NO.VHA 1708100005 dated 17.08.2010. AFTER ONE WEEK TECHNICIAN VISITED AND TOLD THAT MOTOR BURNT.THERE AFTER NO ONE HAS CONTACTED AND NO FEEDBACK FROM M/s.VIDEOCON, COMPLAINT IS STILL PENDING. SAME COMPLAINT WAS REGISTERED ON SERVICE FEEDBACK OF M/s.VIDEOCON ON 24.08.2010 AND 28.08.2010.I AM DAILY GIVING REMINDER ON VIDEOCON's CUSTOMER CARE PHONES. TILL TODAY THE MACHINE IS NOT REPAIRED.
