I Ordered an item from an online shop and my order was shipped on 08/29/2011 08:46 PM through Aramex courier..But the thing is they haven't delivered my item yet..When i ring up their Customer care, they give me some crap answer like "Your Item will deliver by today's evening(maybe 5 times)", "Your Shipment is hold at our operational facility" etc.. I guess their CC has no idea of the location of a particular shipment.It has been more than 15 days and i haven't recieved my consignment yet..I guess 15days is a lot of time to deliver an item..I am frustrated by their service..Don't know what to do..Please provide me some suggestions..Lastly, Aramex is the worse courier service i have encounter in my life, Stay away from it.....
