Me & my Sister had booked 2 Plots in Chaitra Shelters(Electronic City) & had paid Rs 25000 as Deposit Amount for Booking.Later we found the Property had some leagal Issues so we told the Builder Mr Rehmatullah to return our money but he kept ignoring/not Answering calls & even changed his Office at HSR Layout.Finally in July end we traced his New Office & the person there after 3 -4 visits gave us a Cheque of Rs 50,000 in the name of me (Kunal Mukherjee) & told us to deposit it after 28th of Aug.We deposited the Cheque but it got bounced due to Insufficient Funds,I even got Rs 100 deducted from my A/c for this.Could you please help us in getting our Hard earned money from this fraud builder.
I am currently in Hyderabad so my Brother in Law Sabyasachi Bhattaharya is following up.His Number is ********65.

Even I have same issue. I booked a plot in chaitra shelters phase II( Property Developer - Aurete Homes) by paying 25,000 INR as advance amount. But due to some legal issues, I cancelled my booking and Aurete Homes issued cheque and got dishonored due to lack of funds. Its almost a year, till now they didn't return my advance amount. Please advice us how to proceed legally to get our hard earned money.
I have the same complaint. Aurete Homes had issued me a cheque for refund in same property- Chaitra Shelters and it has bounced..This is a serious complaint..Can someone suggest what legal action can be taken and how to go about it?
