dear sir,
i had purchsed through irctc.co.in railway ticket pnr no is ********78. At the time of booking it is showing wl6/wl6, at present showing wl/6/wl/4 over al satus is showing wl 28/18. as per railway guideliens my ticket should should be confirmed.
please confirm why my ticket is not confirmed,
