Hi,

i had purchased a watch from this online website on 28 jul'13. i have made online payment of Rs.7700/- through my debit card. my email id registered wit them is chaitali_satra@yahoo.co.in.

aftr purchasing the product, they said that the product will be delivered within 45days from the date of purchase. till date i have not recd the product. Since Sept im calling them and mailing them to chk the status of delivery.. every time they gi excuses that i will receive the product in two weeks. but still not recd. now im really tired and my money is badly stuck. i have threatened them that i will take legal actions against them.
they are not refunding my money. i have all their mail conversation saved.

plz help me as i want these online people to learn a lesson. i have chkd their facebook page.. many are complaing that their product is not recd and money been lost by them.

i have no hopes in receiving the product. just help me in refunding my money back.
