Hi,

I was travelling in BMTC Bus No 340 From Agara to Koramangala Teacher’s Colony On March 21, 2012 at 11:00 AM .I am sure I had my mobile with me when I boarded and bus was not very crowed when i boarded bus but suddenly at jaksandra stop 4-5 came in bus and created crowd Between this somebody stole my Samsung Nexus I9023 mobile .I can to know about incident when I got down from bus and searched my mobile in my pocket and as my office is near to koramagala then I tried calling my mobile but it was switched off.

After this incident I went to kormangala police station to lodge complaint for mobile theft and police refuse to take complaint for theft and forced me to write mobile went missing. Since I bought mobile from univercell will theft insurance and mobile cast was 20k so to claim insurance I need FIR for theft of mobile,Please help me to get FIR or to trace out my mobile.
