my main balance got deducted for using net in my mobile
while i had the net balance and the customer care number
is not connecting even when I tried almost for 2 hours continuously.
I'm very much upset with your service and no response or
connectivity for customer care.a total of 25-00 balance got
deducted from my main balance in two deductions.
please refund the balance as soon as possible otherwise
I will make a complaint in consumer forum.

Today i got a message from docomo alerts saying as
"Hey Uday,
today ur frend phani chitturi's birthday. wish him through facebook birthday alerts."
The interesting thing is Niether my name is uday nor do I have a friend whose name is phani chitturi.....
I really don't understand what the F**k is going on here....are u playing games with me...????

How come u say that it has been correctly deducted for using net while
I had net balance available. There were no chargeable sites accessed
as you were telling I did. I have used other networks as well They never
charged the way you are doing by cheating customers.
You might be thinking that nobody would complaint or check and we can fool
them by saying any bakwaas reason, thinking customers don't know anything and
they are idiots.
And also i have commonsense that if a website charges money to access why
would I choose it... and why would I recharge for a special net pack?
Am I looking like a fool??
I have also got one new offer it seems. You people started charging daily
50 paisa saying i have activated facebook alerts.
For your information, I have never updated my number in facebook and never
activated any type of facebook alerts.
While I called 155223 as you said to deactivate any unwanted VAS services,
the response is that "there are no active services on your number".
Which clearly shows that I didn't subscribe/activate any alerts or services.
What do you say about this? and whats your response...I'm Curious to listen
some serious bakwaas reason again. Please make it interesting...and I know you will.
