HDFC Bank Limited - My loan get rejected for no reason.

HI,
I applied for a personal loan in HDFC bank, but they rejected my loan saying that my name is in defaulter list, they toold me that in my cibil I have some dues of my credit cards though I never had any credit card, so I generatd my cibil report and found that there are no dues mentioned in my cibil report.
